GARY A. CARDINALE

President

“Our staff is made up of surety bond specialists bringing many benefits to you and your business. We know the marketplace, rates, realistic programs, & the financial reporting that the bonding companies want to see. Unsure of something? Either we’ve already seen it or have the resources to find the expert advice. Almost all family doctors diagnose the patient’s general symptoms and then refer them to a specialist for the most qualified care. Take your bonds to the specialist…” – Gary A. Cardinale

Since our company’s inception, Gary has been the consummate surety bond professional. What separates him from others in the bond industry is his commitment to providing the best terms available, his candor, and delivering when others come up short. Gary values the relationships with our clients as well as our surety underwriters. If Gary says he will  get it done; it gets done.

JOSEPH CARDINALE

Vice President

Joseph Cardinale continues to help contractors nationwide secure the surety capacity needed to pursue larger and more complex public construction projects. Recent accomplishments include helping arrange more than $302.8 million in bonding across several major contracts, including $107.9 million for long-term hurricane and storm-surge protection, $104.9 million to restore marshland and strengthen coastal resilience, and $90 million to repair and replace homes damaged by destructive hurricanes.
His work has also supported projects with a direct community impact, including repurposing materials from a power-plant decommissioning project to help deliver 107 homes to families affected by the Maui wildfires.
Joseph recently also helped secure a $25 million final performance and payment bond for a major public utility project. He has cultivated relationships with specialized project-control firms that provide funds control, subcontractor vetting, lien-waiver tracking, cost-to-complete analysis and ongoing project monitoring. These safeguards help mitigate risk for surety companies and create a path to approval for qualified contractors and projects that may not fit traditional underwriting guidelines.
